All our sales are final. We do not issue any returns or refunds unless an item is damaged or faulty. If so, please email us at sales@bebeboxes.com.au within 48hrs of receipt, with photo's of the damaged or faulty goods.  We do everything in our power to ensure that your gift  box arrives in perfect condition.
